Apply Today! Northern PA Regional College hospitality program starts January 31st
Entrepreneurs are invited to register for the upcoming Guest Service Gold® cohort training program being offered by the Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC) in partnership with the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. The program begins January 31, 2022.
Guest Service Gold® is a comprehensive program designed to accomplish the goal of developing service-oriented frontline staff who know how to engage with their guests to provide memorable service and experience.
This program — part of NPRC’s Hospitality and Tourism course offerings — features stories designed to motivate and inspire employees to go for the gold and provide service above and beyond the call of duty. Based on true stories of award-winning guest service, this program focuses on: authenticity, intuition, empathy, delight, delivery, initiative and being a champion.

- Class Schedule: Mondays from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
- Class Length: 10 Weeks
